YUNGBLUD, a british singer-songwriter that has taken pop punk and alternative rock by the horns made an appearance at Toyota Music Factory in Irving on July 30th, a stop along the 29 city North American sector of his world tour. After kicking off the tour in Seattle, WA, he made stops in a wide range of major cities like Nashville, Atlanta and Kansas City before heading to Dallas. YUNGBLUD has scored music collaborations with a variety of high profile artists in his genre including Machine Gun Kelly, drummer Travis Barker and singer Halsey, putting his talents on the map more than ever before.
Full of energy, YUNGBLUD jumped and danced around the massive stage in Irving, Texas as he performed songs off his newest album ‘YUNGBLUD’, titled after himself, that was released in September of 2022 as well as other fan treasures that weren’t on the album. Starting off with a bang singing ’21st Century Liability’, he proceeded to have the crowd memorized during other hits such as ‘The Funeral’, ‘Tissues’, ‘Anarchist’ and my personal favorite, ‘parents’.
Finding the perfect balance between a high paced set filled with beer throwing and screams and more laid back songs accompanied by YUNGBLUD’s talent with the guitar, the audience stayed engaged and excited the entire show, never wanting it to end.
